Brad and I have been, how you say, Lazy. At the same time we have been extremely busy. In our lives we have to set priorities.
Priority #1 Work/Life: If we are broke we cannot find new and exciting dishes to cook for you. For this reason, we have to work a lot. Not that we didn’t work alot before, but now we just complain about it a lot more. Also, If we aren’t out and about blowing off steam and/or acting foolish, we become boring. The last thing you want to watch is a couple of broke, boring dudes showing you how to microwave a hotdog.
Priority #2 Drinking: We have convinced ourselves that in our ripe old age that barely surpasses adolescence, but narrowly dodges adulthood, that we work ourselves to hard. Because of this we have dedicated our free times to pampering our own palates with delicious fermented beverages and gourmet food that someone else has to prepare for us.
Priority #3 We Are Up To No Good: In a nutshell, we have been lazy and selfish, and haven’t taken the 2 hours every couple of weeks to show you how to make your new favorite foods. In light of this, we are going to be back really soon with some new recipes that you will either enjoy watching us make, or make fun of our bad jokes while watching.
Lastly, What do you guys want from us? Of course we have heard your request for more video (which are coming!) but what else should the UPNG brand take on?More restaurant reviews? Chef profiles? Parties? Let us know!
